EXECUTIVE RESOURCES, LLC and AMPER, POLITZINER & MATTIA, PC are pleased to announce that the two firms have collaborated in a joint effort to combine their respective professional and intellectual resources. This collaborative effort resulted in an initiative to provide effective consulting services to healthcare providers. These services will assist management in identifying and resolving financial issues that may lead to increases in cash flow.
The objective of this initiative is primarily focused on those providers that are in imminent or severe financial risk relative to compliance with their bond covenant agreements. However, we also believe that our program can be useful to those providers that are looking to strengthen their financial performance to address future strategic operational goals and anticipated changes in the healthcare payment environment.
We believe that our professionals are uniquely qualified to assist you in evaluating and recommending solutions in improving financial operations. Over the past ten years, we have successfully performed multiple evaluations and compliance reviews for New Jersey providers. Our experience involved working closely with key members of a hospital’s Board of Trustee’s and administrative management staff to evaluate various alternatives. Our objective is to get “buy-in” from the leaders of the institution in order to establish realistic and obtainable goals.
Our professionals are highly qualified and have New Jersey hospital operational experience in their areas of expertise. Also, several of the firm's professionals have either been key employees of/or consulted with multi-hospital systems.
